   GE (General electric pany, NYSE:GE), as one of the world's 500 Fortune enterprises, is the world's largest diversified service pany. In GE, the imagination at work is very popular. Its spirit makes the business from a 论文范文all workshop turn into a big enterprise which plays a crucial role in the world economic stage. By now, GE has established about more than thirty branches in China. They engage in different area, and about 12300 staff has joined in GE.

   In GE every employee has a strong sense of belonging. There's no distinction between noble jobs or humble jobs, whatever you're the boss or the operators. All employees are equal. Each department is a 论文范文all team. The members help each other and give full play to the team spirit.

   We hold this activity at Xishan green farm. We hope each person may feel the warmth and caring form our pany.    Chapter one Introduction

   1.1Enterprise background

   GE Aviation, a unit of General Electric Company, today announced the opening of the new systems manufacturing facility in Suzhou, China.

   GE's facility in Suzhou is located at 200 Middle Suhong Road, Suzhou Industrial Park. This new expansion includes 18,600 sq meters (or 200,000 sq ft) and is immediately capable of producing state-of-the-art autocl论文范文ed posite parts, mechanical fabrications, structure assembly and civil aircraft actuation systems.

   The facility is a strategic focus in support of key customer requirements, including parts for Boeing's B737, B777 & B787, the Airbus A320, A330 & A340 and China's emerging ARJ21 regional jet, just to name a few.

   Future plans include the addition of an electronics assembly and test capability. The factory brings great potential to GE and further growth over the next several years is anticipated.

   GE Aviation, an operating unit of General Electric Company, is a world-leading provider of jet engines, ponents and integrated systems for mercial aircraft. GE Aviation has a global service work to support these offerings. GE Aviation Systems (Suzhou) Co., Ltd is a subsidiary of General Electric Company.

   2.1 Conference discussion

   Background: Since our pany was established two years ago, our pany has achieved a great success. We need to attribute the success to our hardworking staff. For this reason, the pany decides to hold an activity. On the one hand, it can help our staff release from working pressure; on the other hand, it enables them to better cultivate the team spirit and enhance further munication and understanding, so that they can go into their work with a better metal outlook.

   Michelle: Today we will discuss when and where to go spring-outing this year .Let's e up with our idea.

   Michelle: Well, Which mountain do you think is better to climb?

   Josie: I live near Lingyan Hill and Tianping Hill and I often go there. I feel they're good places to h论文范文e a 论文范文all trip.

   5.2 Conclusion

   The events are meant to take people away from the office and put them in an unfamiliar place.?It is where people are most likely dressed informally and therefore, beh论文范文e differently.?In these occasions, positions in office are often forgotten and the true self thus appears.? Not only do we act differently, we say different things too.?The way we act and beh论文范文e out of the formal work setting is often our more true self.?

   We summarize it in two ways: the one we are sati论文范文ied with and the one that still needs improving.

   Advantages:

   It's well-planned and has rich content.

   We formulated the overall implementation scheme. Activities include many games and amusement. The purpose is to guide the employees to show GE employees' spirit, at the same time, build the harmonious atmosphere among employees. We aim to further establish good social image as well as lay a good foundation for sustainable development.

   It's well organized with proper method.

   According to the statistics, all the staffs took part in the activity. In the activities, the departments actively cooperate with each other.

   Limitations:

   Because it's the first time that we hold the activity, we lack enough practical experience, and some important factors we h论文范文e not even considered.

   Although some parts of the contents are easy to operate, they are lack of deep connotations.

   Some departments regarded the activity in different levels. Activities were imbalanced.

   The propaganda should be strengthened.

   通用电气航空系统(苏州)有限公司是世界500强企业美国通用电气公司旗下航空集团投资的独资企业.苏州厂房占地3.2公顷,新建厂房面积18600平方米,可立刻投入生产采用先进技术的复合材料部件以及进行机械制造加工,结构件装配等.苏州工厂将为波音,空客以及我国支线飞机提供零部件.

   公司始终把员工作为业务成功的关键因素,尊重员工价值,注重员工的培训.

   为此公司安排此次拓展训练课程,并通过此次拓展培训达到如下目的:

   刘训青:主要负责培训人员意外的受伤,进行简单的急救措施.

   李怡青:主要负责严重意外事故的发生,及时与医院和有关部门取得联系.

   注意事项的制定

   心理准备:

   积极主动参于训练活动,祝成功为目的.

   愿意尽自己最大努力接受各种考验和测试.

   维护良好的团队士气,诚恳助人,勇于负责.

   主动沟通,交流训练感受.

   注意事项:

   参训人员在训练期间须接受拓展公司的管理,不可随意更改既定训练方式和计划.

   参训单位在训练期间不得出现人员较大变动,有变动须及时与我们进行有效沟通,确保训练的顺利实现.

   训练期间禁止带入违禁物品,毒品,严禁论文范文.

   私自离队,特别情况须向领队请假.

   患高血压,心脏病的学员请提前证明,患传染病者严禁参加.

   今天我们全体三百多名职工集聚在西山绿光农场,我谨代表公司感谢大家的热情参与.我希望在为期一天的活动中,我们所有的员工能充分发扬公司的团队合作精神和创新能力.使我们的此次活动能够圆满的进行.

   4.2 组建团队

   根据自愿组合的形式,分为10个小组,每组30个队员.选出每对的队长.

   队长风采展示:

   队长要用自己的语言包括肢体语言向所有参加培训的伙伴介绍自己,展示自己.

   队名解释:

   由队长或队长推选一名代表出列,向所有的其他小队解释本小队的队名的含义和特色,或解释队名代表什么.

   队歌合唱:

   本小队的成员一起合唱队歌(该歌曲是本组成员自行创作或根据原有歌曲改编而成).

   口号呐喊:

   本小队队长带领本组的成员一起喊出能够激励本队成员一起奋发拼搏的口号,这个口号将激励大家完成所有的挑战项目.

   4.3 具体培训活动的开展

   游戏规则:全体参加人员围成一个圆圈,根据指导员说报的花的数量男女自由组合围成小圆圈男女数量相加要等于花的数量(女生:代表2朵花,男生:代表1朵花)

   目的:迅速调动活动气氛,形成积极和谐的团队气氛

   10:00-10:30大浪淘沙

   游戏道具:彩旗,白板笔

   活动形式:分组讨论.

   游戏规则:在指导员的要求下分为五组,选出每队的队长和队秘,依据每对队员的性格特点,充分发挥想象力,选出队名,口号,及表演项目.由指导员选出最具特色的一队.

   目的:组建团队角色,形成团队文化,展示退队论文范文和风采.

   10:50-11:30水车大战

   游戏道具:竹竿,气球,麻绳.

   活动形式:全体参与

   游戏规则:根据已给的图纸,用竹竿和麻绳搭建出一架水车,把装满水后的气球当论文范文,攻击敌人.命中率最高的为胜利者.

   目的:学会合理利用资源,加强团队合作和沟通,体会心灵的默契是团队合作的最高境界.

   12:00-12:30 午休,吃饭

   13:00-14:00 水上作战

   游戏道具:皮划艇,救生圈,船桨

   活动形式:分组对抗

   游戏规则:每组队员选出8名代表,在一定距离的水面上进行划船比赛

   目的:深刻体会团队目标的实现需要每个成员的共同合作,增加动作的协调性,增进彼此情感地交流

   14:10-16:00 自由活动,水果采摘

   16:30-18:00篝火晚会,才艺表演

   选出最佳表现奖,最佳人气奖,最佳才艺奖等

   目的:体验团员间的合作共赢.懂得赞美和宽容是团队合作的基石.体验团队共同攻克难关的论文范文和喜悦.增强集体观和荣誉感.

   5.2活动总结

   这次活动意义在于让人们走出办公室,让他们走进,如一个不常见的环境中.这是一个人们可以穿着,行为随意的地方.在这些情况下,遗忘,因此了真正的自我.真正的态度和行为往往会改变我们活动总结如下计划周密,内容丰富制定了总体执行方案活动目的是引导广大员工在展现员工精神风貌的同时,营造员工的和谐氛围进一步树立良好的社会形象,为企业的良好持续发展打好基础组织有力,方法得当据统计,把活动内容贯穿于生产经营活动之中本次文化节活动因为是初次举办,因此活动组成不够紧凑,活动内容还不够丰富部分内容虽然较容易操作,但较缺乏深入内涵.个别单位活动重视程度参差不齐,活动开展也不平衡活动的宣传力度还有待于进一步加强总之,活动的开展是为了推进企业文化建设,虽然还处于摸索阶段,但的举办锻炼了员工的意志力,创新力,协作凝聚力,展示了员工的精神风貌,我们会在今后的工作中继续加强对企业文化建设工作的探索,为企业经营发展打好文化的基础.
